  • Condition for Returns: To qualify for a full refund, returned auto parts must be in the same condition as when shipped, unused, with all original packaging, hardware, and accessories intact. Parts that have been modified, installed, damaged by customer misuse, or missing components will not be accepted.
  • Return Authorization: Before sending any part back, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Prolane Auto Parts by contacting our customer care team. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide prompt assistance and arrange for free return shipping and a replacement or refund once the return is approved.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned parts, we will inspect them to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds will be issued promptly to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are generally responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • Restocking Fees: Prolane Auto Parts does not typically charge restocking fees; however, this may apply in rare cases of non-compliance with return policies. Customers will be notified in advance if any fees are applicable.
