Rigorous Testing Process: Each used transfer case undergoes comprehensive bench testing for smooth high/low range shifting, proper engagement of 2WD/4WD modes, zero binding or excessive play in bearings and chains/gears, electrical continuity of encoder motors and sensors, fluid leak checks, and torque distribution integrity. Only A-grade OEM-quality units make it to our shelves.
